My opinion who made the American Flag. Some people have different opinions on who they think made the flag.I think it was Betsy Ross. Some reasons are,she was a seamstress and had good skill.She also had some notes from relatives when she was making a flag.Another reason is she was friends with General Washington and Colonel Ross.
